Environmental Compliance Certificate
Any project that has the potential to cause damage to the environment must secure an Environmental Compliance Certificate before the commencement of the project. The project must be checked against compliance with the Environmental Management Bureau of DENR. Triple i’s services will include reconnaissance surveying, stakeholder consultation, impact assessment, and preparation of mitigation plan. The ECC is divided into three categories: Certificate of Non-Coverage CNC, Small Scale ECC, and Large Scale ECC
