Cosmetics product notification in the Philippines is applied on line through electronic submission. The aim of the center is to eliminate technical barriers to trade of cosmetic products without compromising public health and safety of the Filipino consumers.

The Food and Drug Administration Philippines Center for Cosmetics Regulation and Research implemented the electronic submission of cosmetics products. Their objective is also to render fast, convenient and efficient service by eliminating submission of hardcopy product notification. They have implemented the on line payment thru accredited Landbank of the Phils. to also provide service to companies located in the provincial areas which they don’t need to visit the FDA Alabang office for cosmetics product application.
