Judah Hirsch – Managing Director

Judah Hirsch has been involved in international marketing and sales for over seven years, with an emphasis on forward planned marketing. Over the years, he has assisted numerous clients in successfully reaching their goals and targeted market niches. Prior to establishing Triple i Consulting in the Philippines, Judah was employed by BPO in a senior management position, where his expertise and experience enabled him to command a large workforce. In recent years, Judah has helped over 100 companies establish and grow their business in the Philippines. Judah prides himself in his ability to adhere to clients' individual needs, overcome the obstacles, and get the job done.

Atty. Ma. Cristina Laderas – Admin Manager - Head Corporate Council

Atty. Laderas has established herself as one of the lead Labor and HR attorneys in the Philippines; where she strives to assist companies and clients to implement labor practices that will benefit the overall performance of the company, while shielding them from exposure to the strict Philippines labor laws. Admitted to the roll of Attorneys since 1996, Atty Laderas began her early career in the public sector first at the RTC in Bulacan and as a Court Attorney for the Court of Appeals in Manila. Working as the head legal counsel for major BPO companies has given Atty Laderas the insight into what corporate and labor concerns will be needed for all companies operating in the Philippines.

Susanne Schütz – Operations Manager - QMR

Susanne has nearly 10 years of experience advising international companies on business management strategies in Asia. With considerable time spent in China and India focusing on management consulting. With a focus in change management and specialization in cross cultural business. Susanne possesses a MA from the University of Zurich in Political Science, Mandarin Chinese, and International Law. Susanne is fluent in German, English, Mandarin, and French.

 

Atty. Randy Paduab CPA – Accounting Manager

Atty. Padua started his career as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in one of the country's prestigious Auditing/Accounting Firm, PricewaterhouseCoopers-Manila/Isla Lipana & Co., CPAs (formerly Joaquin Cunanan & Co.). As an auditor, he handled due diligence review, business consultancy, special audits, and external audit engagements in different industries/businesses including education, insurance, trade, manufacturing, banks, and stock/investment companies. He left the Audit Department as a Senior Auditor and moved to the Tax & Corporate Department where he became a Senior Tax and Corporate Consultant handling tax compliance and due diligence review, business incorporation/registration, answering client tax queries, and protesting tax assessments. After leaving Isla Lipana & Co., CPAs, he continued his career as a practicing CPA in the field of audit and taxation during which time he passed the BAR examinations. As a practicing CPA/Lawyer, he was involved in litigation handling civil, labor, and criminal cases. He was also a business law professor in Bicol College and a Notary Public. He eventually focused his career in financial audit, taxation, corporate consultancy and business registration/incorporation.

 

Miles Garcia – Sales and Marketing Manager

Miles has a great understanding of the role marketing must play in any organizations strategy for success. Having worked in the Sales & Marketing field for a decade, he can successfully strategize and implement practices that have measurable success. Specializing in gorilla, web, and viral marketing. Miles is currently finishing his MBA from the Philippines Womens' University.

Ria Lorraine David Cababay RPh - Head FDA Regulatory Affairs Consultant

Ria first started her career as a pharmicist by receiving her BS in Pharmacy in 2000. After passing her board examination Ria started in Johnson & Johnson's regulatory affairs department. For the past decade Ria has become familiar with laws and regulations concerning cosmetics, food, drugs, and medical devices to become one of the most recognized FDA consultants in the Philippines.

Shielson Sibolboro - Head Environmental Consultant

Shielson was the DENR as an employee for almost 7 years in the forestry management bureau and enivronmental management bureau. He has done several environmental compliances such as permitting, pollution cases, and EIA assessment with different clients on piggery, poultry, condominium, school, quarry, mining, gasoline station, hospital and renewable energy projects all over the Philippines. Shielson has also facilitated several projects from inception to receipt of CER's from the UN. Shielson holds a BS in Forestry major in wathershed management from UP and a MS in envrionmental management from De La Salle.
