Individuals seeking to visit (B-1), do business or undergo medical treatment (B-2) in the United States must first obtain a tourist visa. It can be issued either single or multiple entry. Single entry means that a visa is only valid for one entry whereas multiple entry allows the visa holder to enter the US couple of times before the expiration of his visa. A tourist can stay in the US for six (6) months up to a year but with approved extension of stay from the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

1. Old, valid and current passport
2. DS160 Confirmation Page
3. Visa fee payment receipt from BDO
4. Original Transfer Certificate of Title, if applicable
5. Official Receipt and Certificate of Registration of vehicle, if applicable
6. Passbook/Transaction Record from the bank for the last 3 months
7. Bank Certification
8. Business Permit and DTI Registration, if self-employed
9. Certificate of Employment, if employed
10. Annual Income Tax Return
11. Payslips
12. If it is an sponsored trip, a letter of invitation from the sponsor
13. Any other proof of assets or sources of income

Procedure:

1. Fill up Application Requirements
2. Set interview with US Embassy staff
3. Attend interview present application requirements
4. If visa is approved, tourist visa is issued within 7 days from the date of interview appointment.

Applicant can apply immediately thereafter from the refusal of his visa application.

Total process can be completed in 1-2 weeks
