Her Practice focused on general corporate matters such as regulatory compliance and transactional matters, advisory assistance on corporate matters, representation of domestic companies in various transactions with the Securities and Exchange Commission, preparation and review of transactional documents, contract negotiations, drafting, execution and review of legal documents.

As an Operations Manager, she’s responsible for the day-today operations of the company and for finding ways to make the company more productive by providing efficient methods in the operation of the business. Planning and implementing strategy development of the company to attain quality service to the clients and to ensure that the clients’ required services are carried out efficiently and promptly.
