Recently, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) launched the SEC Express System, an alternative mode of securing both plain and authenticated copies of Corporate or Partnership documents. The system offers the ease of access to public documents and speed up the delivery.

The SEC Express System can be accessed using several options. One of them is via Online Application where in the public may request for SEC documents through a user-friendly, web-based interface which includes online payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.

Another option is using the Call Center Facility. The public may call Hotline Number 737-8888 for requests, mode of payment and courier delivery of the documents requested.

The public may also opt to schedule an appointment with SEC on when to pick-up their requested documents. Requests shall then be accompanied at the appointed date and time. The system will only accommodate a maximum of three (3) documents per appointment. One-time request in excess of three documents shall be referred to the Online Application and/or Call Center Facility.

Additional service and courier fees for requests through Online Application and Call Center Facility will be charged given that the SEC Express System is an independent third party service.
